[Fixed] [#19618] [2.40] Rotterdam, incorrect prefab

So I just found a misplaced Interjection in Rotterdam which makes the AI do funny things (flip around, teleport across the road, completly stop, and fall from the sky). Also there is a hole in the ground near the sidewalk, which can only be seen from certain angles. Here is a picture and the coordinate:

You can see the AI is having a traffic jam behind a car that does not know what to do.
The streetmarkings are completlty weird aswell.

please review How to report a bug.
We need always full Coordinates.

@Scan720: maybe you should open your eyes and look better. the coordinates have already been posted. There's nothing wrong with that Report.

That has been already reported internally #19618 and is fixed for the next Version already.
