[Fixed] [1.70] Denmark, 110 km/h speed limit signs incorrect

Pretty self-explanatory, all of the 110km/h speedsigns in Denmark I've passed (E20, E47) set the car speed limit to 130km/h. Other speed signs in Denmark seem to work correctly.

The 110km/h Variable Speed Boards on the Oresund Bridge work correctly.

Will look into this. Do the 130km/h signs set it to 110km/h by any chance?

I don't think so. Provided the section of E40 between Ebsjerg and Kolding is still 130km/h, then the 130km/h signs function correctly. I'll double check when it stops being night time in the game.

Fixed it, the 110km/h sign did not have a traffic rule attached.
