1. Barrier issue - ability to cross the border without having documents checked.

EDIT: Just realised the space indicated above is usually occupied by parked trucks. I discovered this bug in multiplayer, where parked vehicles are removed.

2. Stop sign misplaced - placed under police car.

The first issue is unfixable, since this is how multiplayer works(without parked cars)
The second issue got already reported internally #19558 and got fixed in WIP, so the fix should appear in a future Version.
