That happen to me. Every time i arrived in Oslo game crash. I have removed all other mods and game stil keep crashing in Oslo. I try 3 times new game new profiles in Oslo, game crash. Then last time i start new profile and new game in Stavanger, i drive to Oslo, then game crash when i arrived in Oslo. I drive from Kristiansand to Stavanger, Stavanger to Bergen. Kristiansand to Gøteborg, Gøteborg to Malmå and works fine. So there have to b some bug in Oslo that makes the game crash, .. I have the last patch on game.
I have the same problem. It crashes in the same places. Apparently the reason for my crash is something related to directx 9, and it also says Maximal water level count excedeed. The entire error is like this > <ERROR> Maximal water level count exceeded!
<ERROR> [dx9] Failed to allocate vertex buffer of 4194304 bytes (pool: default). [0x8007000e]
<ERROR> .\dx9_buffer.cpp(117): ??0vertex_buffer_t@dx9@prism@@QAE@QAVcontext_t@12@I_N@Z: Failed to allocate vertex buffer.
I would really appreciate a fix for this. Thank you guys !

It's not because of the water leve count (it mean there are more than 3 layers of water... It's hard for rendering but the game should not crash because of that.
This is however something. Looks like a corrupt model. What version do you use and where exactly does the crash happen?<ERROR> [dx9] Failed to allocate vertex buffer of 4194304 bytes (pool: default). [0x8007000e]

Am I developing at the moment?

I use the latest version of the game, 1.4.12,, and the map is 1.01. I thought I should lower the water quality (to medium in my case) and guess what, it worked. But then I had a problem getting out of Oslo, a new error appeared which fortunately was a one time only (it was near the tunnel close to the roundabout when you exit Oslo, something about the tunnel being obsolete and load performance low because of that, can`t remember exactly, and forgot to save the log). Now it seems like it works fine. The crashes occured before entering Oslo area, just before the city.Couldn`t even watch towards the city because the error would appear. I`ll keep you posted if anything new occurs.
Re> It happened again, this time from another entrance to Oslo. And when I said I lowered the water quality it actually was weather, so sorry for that but I was very tired when I posted. Now it happens everywhere around Oslo again. It also happened at the Oslo garage. Same vertex error.
