[Fixed] [1.80] Turku, issues at port

At Turku ferry port, I spotted two bugs.



One is that terrain under the trailer was flickering quite heavily and second thing is, I mean just look at the speed limit, in 1.71 speed limit in the ferry port was 50km/h.
