Prescribed in the command line and leaving -validate daw models received these things: 00: 02: 48.703: <ERROR> [fs] Failed to open file "/model/germany/speedcamera/speedcamera_hw_de1.pmd" in the read_only mode 00: 02: 48.703: <ERROR> [resource_task] Can not open '/model/germany/speedcamera/speedcamera_hw_de1.pmd'

Can you give the exact coordinates?
With only the error messages we can't do much.

Enable the developer console and you can take the coordinates by pressing F11
