[Fixed] [1.90] Malmö, speed limit issues

Hi.

I'm not sure if this is a bug but I believe there is a problem with the speed limit on the highway around Malmö.

Heading into Sweden there is a sign at the road toll that limits your speed to 50 km/h. And this restriction goes on until a cloverleaf interchange (it has a closed road to Ystad and Kalmar).

On the other side, heading to Øresund bridge the speed limit around Malmö is normal – 80 km/h.
