Scotland A 99 heading south there is a small road meeting the highway with a Stop sign. On the A 99 itself there is no yield sign. This makes the AI stop and yield to the right for no reason.

Noticed this myself but thought they might have stopped for overtaking AI... going to log it just in case, thank you.

Hello.

AI stops right before the road to a factory for no reason and then continues moving, as if there is a STOP sign.

Thanks for reporting! I added the number from our bug tracking system. I already reported the bug, it's a known problem.
