[Fixed] [1.91] Helsinki ferry, console spam

Note: this is a minor bug as it doesn't cause any crash to windows
Country/road: Finland, Helsinki, at the ferry
Heading: When you enter the ferry, the console is spammed with following message:

No, everyone gets those. It means there are too many waterlevels (visible or invisible) defined in the immediate area. It's harmless and touches back upon the optimisation issues inherent to modding I mentioned in another post.
