Mod Ignores No Speed Limit Mods

This mod, when selected, ignores any no speed limit mods that I have selected. Is there something that can be done about this, or does anyone know of a no speed limit mod that WILL work with this mod?

Ingame in settings/gameplay, you can disable the speed limit.
This was made possible after patch 1.4

Why u would need such a mod? like chr1117 said, go to settings and take speedlimit off..
