Archive is broken?

I'd post this to the "not a bug" section, but it seems like it's locked. Feel free to move it there.

Anyway, I downloaded all the little parts. I opened the first file with 7z and there was another zip file in it. I tried to open it, but it says that it's broken. I tested it and all I got is "Can not open file as [7z] archive" and "Unexpected end of data". I watched the tutorial video, but I think it's outdated. The files I downloaded are different from the files in the video. So that's not helping me, either.

Have you updated your 7-zip to the latest version?
