Missing city names

I play Promods 2.10 together with RusMap & Balkan expansion and a lot of city names of the ProMods part of the map are missing. If a try to move my driver to Antwerp my game blocks.

RusMap & Balkan extension are not compatible with 2.10

RusMap does work with ProMods 2.1, Balkans does not.

That statement is not correct. You can make RusMap work, but that does not mean it's compatible. There are problems in bordering sectors with the Baltic states that can make the game crash.
