To me this looks like you are trying to open the .7z.001 file, while you haven't downloaded all other parts first.

It's a text-file found in the ETS2 folder.

Open the file named 'game.log' in notepad, and copy the content to www.pastebin.com. Provide the link here so we can look at it.

Most important question. Do you have ability to READ?
Then read "Readme" file in TCP pack again. Carefully. You'll understand your mistake.
And you haven't enabled ProMods files in your profile.

I removed all Def files, now it should work?
