game stutters

hi not sure if theres anything i can do but the game is stuttering (would that be the right word) when im driving in spain. i'm posting the link to the game log. thanks

Spain is one of the heaviest areas in the game, you need a powerful PC to get things to run fluently there

You seem to be running the game in 32-bit version. Try running the game in 64-bit version.
