[2.16] Speed Limit Bug / R1 ring road / Belgium

In the section of R1 around Antwerpen, between R1/E19 interchange and the split into E17 and E34, just after the interchange speed limit suddenly changes from 90km/h to 70km/h, then it jumps back to 90km/m as the road enters tunnel.
However, there is a speed camera, which results in an automatic speeding fine, as the speed limit change is completely unexpected, not indicated by road sign, speed camera warning sign is also missing.

Not a bug, on Interchanges there's lower speed limits, signs are placed and warning signs for speed cameras are not neccesary, not everywhere you get such warnings
