[2.16] Issues in Hamburg, Germany

I found a couple of issues in Hamburg, Germany that I haven't seen reported previously:

1. This road stub should be hidden from the GPS and not marked as being discoverable.
It leads to a gated yard that the player will never be able to access.

2. The left turn signal mounted on this pole in the median is off-center.
All of the other left turn signals in the city are mounted center on the poles.

Sorry both those bugs are somewhat irrelevant, the first one is still accessible by the player although it's not intended.
The second one, the signs doesn't necessarily have to be mounted on the poles, they can well be stand alone
