[2.16] Construction site on shoulder of EB BAB4 in Germany

This particular roadworks site on the BAB4 in Germany has been reported in the past for items being in the right lane when heading eastbound.
The current issue with this roadworks site is that items on the right shoulder are too far over and entangled with the right guardrail.
Could these items be brought out and follow the roadway a bit better?

This roadworks site no longer exists in the next version, so the problem is solved
