SCS Software, which created that asset, seems to have not provided a collision model for the cone asset.
I'm not sure if this actually a bug or not.

My fault, I have not used the vainilla map for a long time so I thought it was part of this map. sorry

I think this area has been updated for 2.20 anyway, so the cones may have moved/gone/been replaced.
