There is a problem with yellow markings, when changing the display angle.

I reported this kind of problem at this location back in ProMods 2.01 (part of bug #3775). Believe it or not the effect used to be a lot worse. Some adjustments have been made since then but there isn't a perfect solution. The lines are a sign model which is placed above the road surface. Not only is the road sloping, but the road isn't flat, so it becomes impossible to place these models without any side-effects. In my opinion, this is as good as it is going to get. If another ProMods member disagrees with me they are welcome to enter a new bug report.
