Could you please check Street View images if you don't realize that not every country uses German names on signs?

In Germany, there is "Stettin" on signs but in Poland it's "Szczecin" - are you going to report all Polish signs saying "Szczecin", because they don't use German name "Stettin"? (I know it's not the exact same case but similar)

Some signs use the names Malmø, Flensborg and Hamborg in Denmark. These are NOT errors, but fully intentional.
