promods 1.31 won't load

It just doesn't want to load. The loading bar comes up to 2/3 and then just stops. Then I have to go ctrl+alt+delete just to see that ets2 is not responding.
I tried the correct load order, the wrong load order, everything... and it is always the same result. I thought it is a problem with my profile so I made a new one with just promods on it.... same thing!¨
I mean, I can play the game without promods just fine but sometimes I want a little extra that promods provide.

You've to wait longer, first loading takes longer, due rebuilding of navigation cache.
