Missing def file

Hello folks,
today I wanted to install the promods v2.1.2 (I dont have the france and italy dlc, thats why)
I paid 1$ for the download and the files are there except the def file. When I try to download it via the def file download link on the compatibility page the page just refreshes and nothing downloads. I tried every possible browser, disabled adblocker but nothing worked. What can I do?

Yes the files are currently not linked yet, since we don't use adf.ly anymore. You still have to wait for the links being changed again.

Could you possibly tell me how long it will approximately take until I can get the file? It's just 1$ but still...
