[2.31] A problem with NS Oil company in Hammerfest

As you can see if you take doubles there and drop them off you get stuck in the NS Oil company and you can't get out without teleporting. Pretty sure game log is not needed because it's obviously just a promods problem.

But this is an SCS asset IIRC, so it's not a ProMods problem, it's an SCS' problem

It's maybe harder then usual, should be still possible. I mean come on how much space there is, I had way harder cargo spawn points and I got them out eventually.
