Game crashes before entering Munich

The game crashes just before I entering Munich.
Although all the Mods are tested 1.17, I see a lot of error messages.
But I'm not sure whether they are the cause.

At first glance, you may have some outdated/incompatible mods. Try running the game with only ProMods files activated, then activate the other mods one at a time, and run the game, until you find one that causes problems.

Again, if this is ProMods related, it's due to the v1.17 beta and the relevant patch. Unable to replicate v1.16.3 and PM v1.91.
