Missing promods-v227.7z.001

The first file is an archieve have you tried to open it or are you getting the message "files are corrupt"?

Yes, I have unzipped with 7zip. but after the extraction that specific file was not there, thrice...

Emm these are the .scs files you have to put into the mod folder (inc. the DEF-file).

And where is your first file (archieve/.001)?

So you downloaded all the files put them in one folder and the Test-File shows you it isn't there?

@Dark Rafe, you have already extracted the .scs files from the 7-zip archive. You must have had file "promods-v227.7z.001" at some point in order to perform this extraction. Once the .scs files are extracted, you do not need the 7-zip (".7z.00x") files anymore (unless you need to re-extract the files some day in the future).
What you do need now is the ProMods definition file ("promods-def-v227.scs"), which you should have obtained in step 1 of the ProMods download procedure.
