Can not see Spain on the map

Hallo.

I can not see a new def-file in mod-manager in the simulator. I can not see Spain on the map in the game.
Whats wrong?

Only San Sebastian is added in Promods 2.0
Scania S High Roof | ProMods 2.25

Yes, you need the new def file for promods 2.00
