There is no crash in this log in my opinion. Or it's an unusual one. We need a log when the game crashes to desktop.

I drove from Reyðarfjörður to Seyðisfjörður and back in my game, and was unable to produce any game crash (even without hotfix1). I was using a profile with only ProMods 2.02 loaded on ETS2 1.23.2.1 64-bit.

Could it be a 32bit problem? I've seen a few places where using that might crash the game in some places

This has happened to me too (latest version of the game and ProMods, with RusMap), although I was on my way to Reyðarfjörður and it happened in the little village you pass through as you approach the junction. Interestingly, I tried driving on the other side of the road past the crossing and the game didn't crash, but then I tried it again and it did. Here is the log, although I don't think it mentions crashing:
