Bluscream, Puncake is correct, your mod load order for the RusMap and ProMods files does not match the recommended load order specified in the readme.txt in the RusMap package:

But the real problem, as others have said, is that you are using the ProMods 2.02 definition file with ProMods 2.03 files. You cannot mix these, all ProMods files must be version 2.03.

As i already stated in another thread, i am unable to retrieve a newer version of the DEF package.

So it won't work. If you can't download it on your PC, then maybe try using different PC, phone, some friend's PC?

I used every possible device in my network, i even replaced my router.

Why can't someone else simply generate one for me and upload it to MEGA/dropbox/workupload ...?

Of course you can help me. If it's working for you then generate me a DEF file with the settings i provided in a earlier post in this thread and upload it somewhere for me.

You can use your mobile data connection or somebody's else PC. Or ask a friend to download it and send you? It's only 2MB. Anyway, you should fix it because it means that you won't be able to use it in the future and you have to use it with every new version.
This mod can only be downloaded using official links, we can't redistribute it...
