I downloaded all 7 files of Promods v2.03 + def file, and all I have is
promods-def-v203.scs
promods-v203.7z.001
promods-v203.7z.002
promods-v203.7z.003
promods-v203.7z.004
promods-v203.7z.005
promods-v203.7z.006
promods-v203.7z.007

In the instalation tutorial there is also a .rar file promods-203.7z containing assets, map, media, model1 and model2
Why don't I have it and where do I get it?

The installation tutorial is stickied on this subforum. Many of the Local Language forums have translations of this tutorial stickied in them as well.

You are correct that the tutorial appears to show a RAR file named "promods-v200.7z", but the picture in the tutorial is a little misleading. This file is actually named "promods-v200.7z.001", but it looks like the picture in the tutorial was taken on a system that has the "hide file extensions for known file types" feature enabled, so you can't see the file's extension of ".001"; also, the .001 file extension is registered with the WinRAR application on that system, so the icon and "type" column of the file appears as WinRAR. It is really a 7-zip file, but both the 7-zip and WinRAR applications are capable of opening 7-zip format archive files.

Actually, you do have the necessary files. The assets, map, media, model1, and model2 files are contained within the 7-zip split archive, you simply have to extract them using 7-zip or WinRAR (make sure your 7-zip and WinRAR applications are up-to-date). You will select only the ".001" file to perform the extraction, the extractor application will automatically process the remaining 7-zip files (.002, .003, etc).
