That's funny. I noticed this as well and was going to fill out a bug report til a saw your thread. You drive along in Siedlce then out nowhere a plane pulls out onto the side walk lmao!

I saw TWO instances of this plane in Udine.
They were moving at a walking pace, so I think it might be replacing a pedestrian model.
