Not sure if this should be classified as a bug or gameplay issue.

Sign at roundabout at Portsmouth blocks view of the intersection - you cannot enter the roundabout safely without blindly creeping forward.

You just need to pull forward a touch more until you have a view of on coming AI Cars.

And make AI Traffic stop to let you in like you were a king on the road when you want to be treated like a regular truck driver.

It's impossible to see the traffic in the roundabout without pulling into the roundabout with a cab-over (worse in anything like a Scania T). It's impossible to use this roundabout safely, let alone realistically.

I tried it and if you pull up to the edge you can easily see oncoming traffic

You shouldn't need to creep up to a point. And again if you drive a Scania T you cannot see past the sign.

Look at it another way - IRL would the relevant authority locate a sign so that you have no visibility of a roundabout unless you drive a cab over and creep up to a specific point and stop? Of course not. It's dangerous and defeats the purpose of a roundabout. Especially a major intersection like this one.

Seeing how the real world got a mention " If a misplaced sign was my only concern as a trucker then I'd be quite happy" Sorry but I've only been doing it since 1984.

Here's a couple of screenshots of roundabouts 'near' Portsmouth on A27. I tried to pick the ones with the worst visibility.

And here's the in game roundabout

With the size and position of the sign, and the signs and size of the roundabout (plus the typical limitation of what a game can display on a screen), it is very difficult to see traffic approaching or in the roundabout. Resizing the signs and/or relocating (especially the Folkestone sign) will fix the issue.

I've been driving trucks (including fire trucks) since 1994...

In the game the signs are lot larger than IRL (comparing the sizes), this does not help the blocking really.
We can move them back a little bit but then they are too far away from the roundabout

One just needs to drive carefully onto the roundabout, I never have any problems really.

Just don't drive like a maniac ;)
