Game crashes

Hello,

I have been looking into the self-help guide and it did unfortunately not help.

The issue I am having is that the game sometimes loads, sometimes not. And when it has loaded and I start to play, it crashes during the game.
Also, when this happens it is impossible to use ctrl+alt+del or alt+f4. I have tried 5 times and rebooted my pc the same amount of times.

I think that loading order is not correct.
And your profile is probably damaged.
