Unfortunately that can happen in lots of places, many developers forget to place "no weather" areas in tunnels and bridges

There is rain in several of the tunnels and under overpasses along route A20/E9 between Limoges and Toulouse, France. I believe the two you are referring to were reported previously:

This issue was reported "fixed", but I find no evidence that it was fixed.

I have reported all of the locations in our bug tracking system, bug #5312. However, with the upcoming release of DLC France from SCS, it might be unlikely that these areas will be fixed before France is rebuilt in ProMods.

It may also be helpful to those searching the forum if you described the location of the problem using city names and route numbers.
