Framedrops

Good afternoon everyone !

So I started playing ETS again after 2 months I noticed that the frames drops to 13-16 near citys and 25-30 outside wich makes it unplayable.
Any tip on what the problem can be? Maybe the settings so something else?

Can you tell us your hardware? My PC is 6 years old and I keep ~60 outside cities, with mostly high settings.

Try with less mods if you have to much of them.
Or remove the right mirror when you are in cockpit and set all the mirror settings to minimum. Helps a lot!

I have Nvidia GTX 970, 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 4670 and I get around 10-12 fps in many areas in Barcelona...
I've read here that it's a demanding city when it comes to performance, but are such framedrops alright with PC like that?

I set graphics to minimum and my PC still struggles to get more than 30-40 fps...

Barcelona in ProMods 2.10+ is a known performance problem area, regardless of PC specifications and game graphics settings. So yes, poor performance is expected there.
