At first I thought it was one of my many truck and traffic mods but after checking on another profile (brand new and only promods) it turns out to be constant. Anybody have any solutions?

What exactly is the problem you are experiencing with the A.I. traffic? There are a few places in the ProMods map (like Iceland) which have reduced (lower than normal) A.I. traffic.
