Hi after waiting just over an hour and following the self-help guide I still haven't received any sort of confirmation or download link for the paid version of the new update I've checked both my inbox and spam folders and nothing is in either of them, this is the first time that this has happened I usually get the links pretty much right away or after about ten minutes or so is there anything you could do to help solve this problem for me
