I have tried three times to pay for downloading version 2.12 using Payloadz and each time the transaction has been blocked by PayPal. Anyone else had that?

Weird that nobody else has reported any problem with PayPal. Just me then.
After 3 phone calls to PayPal support and 3 e-mails to their compliance transactions department they finally admitted that my attempts to pay my $1 to ProMods were being blocked by their security system. But they could not tell me why. ??
So I gave up and, carefully following the tutorial, succeeded in downloading all the files from the free site instead. Now up and running with ETS2 v1.26.3s, ProMods v2.12 and RusMap v1.7. But absolutely no thanks to PayPal!
