I think I've seen only 1 similar report, so it's an issue on your side but game.log doesn't show any helpful info...

I have noticed from your log that your running the game on 32bit. Try launching the game on DirectX 64bit.
Also you have a 32bit processor which is running 64bit version of Windows 10. This is never a good idea. A 64bit Windows needs to be running on a 64bit processor. Else issues like this keep happening with programs that use alot of memory.

Glad it worked.
It would be laggy due to the reason that you are running Windows 64 bit on a 32 bit processor. 64 bit requires double the memory when running on 32 bit processor compared to 64 bit processor.
