Only local jobs for the north

I've noticed that i haven't been in the very upper north for a long time.
Checked it in the jobs center.
There are only local jobs between Murmansk, Longyearbyen, Kirkenes, Nikel etc.
For example, in Murmansk you get only jobs to let's say Longyearbyen.
(Correction edit: currently there 3 jobs coming from Murmansk back towards Finland border: Kardla, Karlstad, Oulu)

Never jobs from the South to the Barentzee region.

I've got Rusmap, Southern Regions, Balkan, Egypt installed. All latest versions (Except for Egypt)

Someone knows what's causing the problem ?
Love the northern part. Now i'll have to bobtail all the way over there.

Now you mention it, Murmansk has only Ostrava and Riga, all others above Helsinki got only few short or medium jobs and Jyväskylä has no job?! Haven't touch in game options preferred job lenght ever.
Overall map there is very little amount over 100k jobs, not long ago there was several 200-300k jobs?!
I've only PM map.

Haven't even randomly checked the rest of the map.
Haven't touched that preferred length job setting either.
I will check that out, right now while i'm at it.

Tho i had a nice long trip from the Southern Regions in Russia to Montpellier.

So it has nothing to do with the map mods.

Alrighty.

Cranked the preferred job length and let a day go passed.
But still the same.
3 jobs coming from Murmansk (Ostroleka, Manchester & Lahti).
All other cities have only regional jobs (including Longyearbyen).

Nothing coming from passed the Finnish border towards the Barentzsea.

I'm in Lahti and will bobtail my way up to Murmansk to talk to the fine folks in Mumansk.
Why don't they want our stuff anymore ?
(Is it a political thing ? Just kidding, i don't care about politics).

I do have some +200/300 trips. Especially Southern Region involved.

Also checked Jyväskylä for you. 1 job.
I believe they only have 1 company, but maybe 1 job is very limited. I don't know how that works.

For me it's similar. My northernmost discovered city is Oulu and I'm waiting for a quick job to finally discover The North but I don't get farther north than Oulu. Might not necessarily be a bug, however. Perhaps it's also a cargo and distance related thing? Seems like there are quite a lot in-game companies in the North which are chemical industry so it might have something to do with loading and unloading places for these specific goods (and your ADR and distance skill points) ...

Distance between cities certainly has an effect. Perhaps it will improve when we connect that area via northern Finland and Sweden in the future

i never got a job to Murmansk, also not from the last Finnish town in the north.
you have to teleport to Kirkenes or Nikel. and if you are there, you will not get a job to the south.
if i remember right, you get trips from Kirkenes to Torshavn.

I'm 99% sure I got a job from somewhere in Finland to Murmansk, back in 2.1.

This can't be PM issue because PM 2.15 is from 25. December, it's newer issue, in few weeks like steam game v.1.26.5 or v.1.26.6.
I never establish garage in town unless there is constantly at least 3 pages jobs to offer. Rovaniemi, Joensuu and Kuopio were exellent towns to get long job with very good money to km ratio.
Does non steam version of game have same issue?

Edit: Murmansk, Nikel and Kirkenes had always several very high profit jobs and many shorter.

Yea, me too. 100% sure.
I believe i even had a job from Barcalona to Murmansk once.
This issue is new.

I also only buy garages in big cities with a lot of (long) jobs.
