How do I change back to 1.26 from 1.27?

I (well, my son...) has updated to 1.27.1.2s 32bit
He used to run 1.26 with promods (and going east, scandinavia and vive la France) in 64 bit, but an automaticupdate crashed his promods I read about that in another thread and followed the guidelines to ... "beta"tab, but on that tab I find nothing I can modify.

Please help me get back to 1.26...

There's a dropdown menu in BETA tab. Choose 1.26 for incompatible mods

Thanks for this - I had paid to do the faster single download and only then realised ETS2 had updated itself to 1.27 and so the Promod file wouldn't work! I thought I was going to have to wait for Promod to update their map pack for 1.27 to use it.
