Download not possible

Hi there,

thank you for the update, but for me it´s quite not possible to get a working download link. I tried three browser (Vivaldi, Opera, Firefox), replaced my modified host file with a blank without blocked dns, deactivated all blockers and anti-tracker. At least I can see a lot of adds, but after that my browser tells me, the connection was not secure and I could not continue for download due to some not rusted certificates. Seriously, I really understand you need monetised support for this project, but these restrictions seem a bit too much to me. At least, your server should have common and secure certificates. If there was another option than only a paypal payment for the premium link I would use it, but I simply do not have a paypal account.

I will try again with my linux notebook, it´s just not suitable to give up a lot of protection on my Win pc just for downloading the map. Anyways, keep this great project on, but please rework some technical details with your server.

I have successfully downloaded the files using the free link without any problem on Chrome. Maybe it's some problem on your computer. Try checking again with Chrome if possible.

We use LetsEncrypt for these hosts which is very popular certificate signing authority with strong cyphers - I've also phased support out for older operating systems (like Windows XP) and older web browsers since it is no-longer supported by Microsoft however this doesn't explain why you're getting a certificate error.

I've just tested the certificate and it passes everything fine and my test download was running at 100kb/sec (as expected) - this is most certainly your computer. What Antivirus / Internet Security software are you using? Also, could you please take a screenshot of the certificate that you're being provided?

THX, all ok now, I have checked the MBs and some files doesnt have 250 MB, so I can open it by now

Edit: I didnt know the first time, that I need all files to open the .scs files
