Paid 1 USD to download and got a corrupt file. Very bad.

Hello, I paid 1 USD yesterday to download version 2.16. After downloading a 1.6 Gb file completely, i used WinRAR to extract but winRAR said that the file is corrupt and could not be extracted or opened. I also used 7-zip and got the same result. I went back to the download link to download again but the link has been expired.

My own bad luck ? Please give me a file that is not corrupt immediately. And don't charge me money for it because i already paid.

ProMods doesn't use WinRAR to archive, you have to use 7-zip to extract the files. WinRAR can't open 7z files. (despite what the WinRAR website says)

BTW, 7-zip can open RAR archives. So you can get rid of WinRAR and replace it with 7-zip. 7-zip is also free, unlike WinRAR.

After downloading, the 7-Zip files should be extracted so that you will have two SCS archives.
The files need to be copied to your Euro Truck Simulator 2 mods directory. Together with the def file you should now have 6 SCS files.

Your team has given me another link , and i have downloaded it. This time the files are perfect and your mod is now running in my game very well. I am very impressed by your mod. The problem has been solved. Thank you every member of the team for your time and prompt action. By the way, i am not Australian, i don't know why my profile keeps showing the Australian flag. I removed it and it came back. But that's not an issue , it can stay that way.
