Real life truck drivers have to make detours to avoid low bridges and other structures that would block their passage.
You're going to have to carefully plan your routes if you intend to transport these new cargoes. This isn't something that ProMods is likely to fix.
The new cargoes are intentionally going to be a challenge on the base map and on any modded maps.
