Did you follow the load order as told in the RusMap README.txt?
Did you enable the RusMap checkbox in the ProMods DEF-generator?
Did you download the correct connection file, namely the one from the RusMap topic here on this forum? viewtopic.php?f=42&t=10186

First of all, update your mods, for example you are using Jazzycat Trailer and Cargo pack v4.4 but v4.9.1 is already available.

Did you use this profile with another map mod?

I see Project Balkan is also not updated to support 1.27. It's version 2.4 now, you have 2.21. Please update Project Balkans to 2.4.

Realistic Economy can make maybe problems, but I am not sure. Make sure it's updated too. I see already some errors related to this.

YKS Team EU Turkey Map is maybe outdated because latest I could see was 1.4.3 and it supports only 1.26. This is maybe the culprit for country traffic info errors. Mentions of greece and portugal and more.

Make sure Real tires mod and smp2_5_127 is updated to latest version.

Make sure Steam Workshops mods is updated to support 1.27.

Balkan mod, real tires mod, yks map inactive but crashing contionus.

Metpei did say you should get original and official fix for Promods + Rusmap Road Connections because it's unoffical fix you got. Try to run Promods only first, and add one mod by one until you get the crash.
