I buyed Promods with 1$,but in 5-10 minutes I read I need to buy DLCS,but i don't have it.
Is there a chance to get my money back or make it works?

We can't give you your money back, since we don't have it. You pay for the used download bandwidth, not for the mod itself.

compat.php But it's not recommended.
The lowest version which can work without DLCs is version 1.91. Compatible with ETS2 1.17/1.18.
