Very crazy Framedrops

Hey Guys ...
I got "over night" until 2 weeks very crazy Framedrops, (normally 20 FPS ) when i had the drops i only had 6 fps for 4sec...
It is at "Profile" Screen, with any possiblities of graphic settings and profiles, i cleared my pc, Hard disk defragmented and installed ets new...nothing works, in Multiplayer the drops are bigger.... where can help?
Btw...i got this crazy bug at truck dealer/ truck browser :

Guessing mod conflict, game log would help.

Please provide us with your game.log, also keep in mind that most mods, like promods, asks a lot more CPU/GPU power then the vanilla game.

But the crazy is i got the lags everywhere, MP/SP every profile....crazy

That's an old Mod Error, he doesn't make the drops

Hi, please use 64bit game version and close unnecessary backround programs to free more memory.

But unfortunately your biggest issue is that you don't have decent GPU, Intel crap isn't for gamers.
Try avoid big mods, especially with HD graphics. Try add only one mod at time to test your limits.
This might help to configuring options:
