Download v2.16 without having the France DLC?

Hello,

Is it possible to download and use the v.16 version of ProMods without having the France DLC? If not, is it any way to play the v1.27 version of ETS2 with the ProMod-mod?

The only way to use ProMod without France DLC is to downgrade the Game to v1.26.x and use ProMod 2.12

No. You can't use PM 2.16 without that DLC. So you can't play on 1.27 with ProMods if you don't have that DLC.
