I have now checked closer to this problem. You have too much truck, trailer skin, and other mods that can trigger too much problems and crash.
Remember it's maybe still more outdated mods in your game.log because I found all mods that have version number of ETS2, not them without version number of ETS2.
I can recommend you to try to run only Promods first and enable one by one mod to until it will crash. I can also recommend to update all mods to make sure it's fully updated.
Trucks that is modded or modified you have bought is necessary to sell because it can cause problems when mods is removed/disabled.
