212 not working

Since i do not have France dlc i downloaded 2.12 instead. It says i need North and East i have Scandinavia and East and it says i need all 6 parts witch i also have. Any one have an idea why its not working i dont se no reson for it not to work

If you're on 2.12 you will need to downgrade your ETS2 to 1.26
