Getting barely 100kb/s using the 1$ option,the problem isn't my internet as steam downloads at full speed.
Don't have much else to say,that's all.
Dissapointed in the "fast premium" download option

Our premium service (Payloadz) upgraded their servers a week ago and we tested them ourselves.
I've never seen such a high speed on my network before, even on Steam:

No worries,I understand that you guys have no control over their service and their servers,might just be that they're experiencing heavy load right now,glad to support you in any way possible anyway.
The downloads are hosted on the Amazon Cloudfront CDN. There could be many factors why you are not receiving the full speed, one of them being the routing between your ISP and Amazon.
